Responsibilities

As a customer support technician, you have an important and significant role in the company, you help our customers with daily questions and concerns regarding their hosting services. Typical Support issues can range from simple settings to some more advanced technical aspects. Communication takes place via phone, email and live chat.

Our support is the voice of our company and therefore it is important to always have a professional approach and pleasant tone towards our clients and their cases. The goal is to constantly evolve and to respond more efficiently and faster.

Furthermore, you should have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both speaking and in writing. Additional languages will be seen as strong advantages.

Typical Tasks:

  • Telephone support - the service requires a lot of time on the phone and great social skills
  • Email & Chat support
  • To answer the technical questions of varying nature
  • Initiatives to how we can improve. Updating the knowledge base and other sources to let customers easily search for information

We Wish to See:

  • A passion to help customers and be hands-on
  • High Social skills
  • A wide Knowledge of Internet / Web
  • Preferably experience of having worked with websites and web technology
  • General knowledge of how to use e-mail and mail clients
  • Organized
  • Result oriented with the ability to build and develop personal relationships with both customers and external partners
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written, proficient in writing
  • Good knowledge of English and fluent Swedish.
  • We do not require specific education since we will educate you in our systems
  • The goal is for our customers to not only get help but being so pleased with the support that he/she has received that they would leave rave reviews about you
